What is WhaTaTaco?
Recreating his childhood memories of mom's cooking in Monterrey, Mexico; WhaTaTaco is the incarnation of Ray Gonzalez's dream to bring those wonderful traditional dishes to his friends and family here in Austin, TX. His authentic barbacoa tacos and selection salsas made from scratch are going to blow you away! There is only one thing left to say- thank you Mrs. Gonzales for teaching Ray such culinary prowess.
